01Business details

Where to find us.

The office is in The Hub on Hay Street in downtown Fayetteville. Visits are by appointment — the work happens out at job sites more often than at a desk.

02The discovery call

What actually happens
in those thirty minutes.

No slides. No discovery questionnaire. It’s a conversation about how a job moves through your business, and we do most of the listening.

0–5 min

What you run

Size, trade, crews, the tools you’re paying for, and who does the paperwork. Ninety seconds of context so nothing after this is generic.

5–20 min

Walk one job through

Pick a real job — ideally a recent one that went sideways. We follow it from the first phone call to the payment, and stop at every place a human had to remember something or retype something.

20–27 min

The straight read

Where the money is leaking, what the first slice would be, roughly what it takes to build, and whether it’s worth it. Including “not yet” if that’s the honest answer.

27–30 min

What happens next

Either a scoped proposal for the mapping phase with a flat price, or a couple of things you can go fix yourself without hiring anybody. Both are real outcomes.

Worth having open

  • The last estimate you sent — however it was sent
  • The oldest invoice you’re still waiting on
  • Whatever you use for scheduling, even if it’s a whiteboard photo
  • The thing you personally do every week that you know a system should be doing

None of it is required. Showing up with nothing but the story of last Tuesday is plenty.

What you leave with

  • A named answer to where your quote-to-cash path is leaking
  • The first slice we’d build, and why that one first
  • An honest read on whether it’s a software problem at all
  • A written follow-up the same week — a scoped proposal, or notes and no pitch

No follow-up sequence, no drip campaign. If the answer is no, we close the loop and leave you alone.

03Prefer to write first

Email works fine.

A person reads it. You’ll get a real reply, not an autoresponder.

Write to contact@centralux.ai and, if you can, include three things — it turns a two-week thread into one exchange:

  • What you do and roughly how big — trade, crews, jobs per month
  • The part of the week that eats you alive — in your own words, no need to make it sound technical
  • What you already pay for — the tools currently involved, including the spreadsheets

Vendors and partners: same address. Please put what it’s about in the subject line. We don’t take cold sales calls and there’s no phone number on this site on purpose — but a specific, relevant email gets a real answer.

Pick a time.

The calendar shows real availability, including early mornings before crews roll out. Thirty minutes, video or phone, your choice at booking.

Before you book

Nothing to prepare. If you want the call to be maximally useful, pick the job that went worst in the last month and be ready to talk about it honestly.
